IEI - Incapacitate, Elevate, Illuminate

IEI - Incapacitate, Elevate, Illuminate is two games in one:

- A shmup where you elevate enemies and bosses to enlightenment, representing bipolar mania

- A protest management minigame in which you manage protesters speaking out against a fictional futuristic fascist state

The game is for Windows OS only and is played with the keyboard. Controls are as follows for both:

-Arrow keys to move
-'C' to Incapacitate
-Hold 'X' to Elevate
-'P' to Pause
-F4 to Fullscreen
-Esc to return to the menu menu

The graphics are by the talented Sangria.
